Our Classes

Here’s where training for life begins - in our classes! Led by our talented and passionate coaches, our classes are designed to give you two things - great results and the best hour of your day. No matter who you are - a first-time athlete or an experienced CrossFitter - you CAN do these workouts. We scale everything to fit you where you are. As your skills increase, so does the intensity of your training.
  • Fundamentals

    Fundamentals is our exciting introduction to the world of CrossFit, weightlifting, functional movement and your new active lifestyle. In 9-12 one-on-one sessions with a trainer, you’ll gain a solid foundation of strength, knowledge and confidence before you join our regular CrossFit classes.

    You and your coach will determine your exact session plan at your first meeting. We will identify your unique strengths and weaknesses, hone preexisting skills and begin to improve things that are holding you back. You will also be matched up with a Coach for Life who will be your fitness and lifestyle mentor. We encourage you to take before and after pictures to help capture your transformation.

  • CrossFit Group Class

    Our CrossFit group class consists of functional movements that will increase your physical fitness and overall well-being. Each one-hour class consists of a warm-up, strength or skill, workout of the day (WOD), and a cool down. During your class, you will receive individualized coaching from one of our experienced trainers to ensure a quality workout. Our CrossFit class also has an advanced option, which allows individuals to push themselves with heavier weight or higher skills as they progress.

  • Personal Training

    One-on-one training sessions are extremely effective for athletes of all experience levels. It allows us to focus all of our attention on you, go at your pace, and target your specific needs. These sessions are perfect even for experienced athletes who have hit a plateau or need to work on a specific skill or movement. Whatever your situation may be, we’ll work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive movement and mobility assessment, and develop a program designed specifically for you.

  • Competition Programming

    Competition Programming is only appropriate for a small percentage of athletes. Those who are interested must meet certain benchmarks before being allowed to participate. For those that qualify, this is an excellent path for preparing for the CrossFit Open, Regionals, and even the Games.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Olympic weightlifting class focuses solely on the snatch and clean & jerk. These highly technical movements deserve extra attention outside of our CrossFit group classes. You will become more aware of common flaws that athletes make when attempting these lifts and learn how you can fix them. OLY class is included with all unlimited memberships and is recommended for all ability levels.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    We are Precision Nutrition certified and offer nutrition coaching to help you reach your health and wellness goals. The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a great complement to our CrossFit training because yoga helps increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your CrossFit workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection that yoga brings so you can tune in to your body and relax your mind. Yoga class is included with all unlimited memberships.
